We are currently seeking experienced SAP Stream Leads (FI/CO, SD, and MM) to join a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programme for a leading general organization.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key leadership role in a complex enterprise transformation, driving solution design, integration, testing, and deployment across multiple business functions.

Contract Duration: 18 MonthsKey Responsibilities:As a Stream Lead, you will be responsible for leading your functional workstream throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality solution delivery while driving alignment between business requirements and SAP best practices.Responsibilities include:- Lead the relevant SAP functional stream (FI/CO, SD, or MM) from solution design through implementation.
- Provide SAP functional expertise and business consulting support, promoting SAP best practices and industry standards.
- Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions.
- Manage stream deliverables, ensuring completeness, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Drive integration activities with SAP and third-party systems.




- Review and quality assure service provider deliverables throughout the programme.
- Support testing activities, defect management, training, and user adoption.
- Facilitate resolution of functional and integration issues across project teams.
- Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues.
- Ensure delivered solutions are technically sound and meet agreed testing and quality criteria.
- Collaborate with programme leadership, project managers, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Provide input into programme planning, governance, standards, and change management processes.
- Support scope management and decision-making related to solution design and delivery.Required Experience:- Proven experience as an SAP Stream Lead, Functional Lead, or Senior SAP Consultant in FI/CO, SD, or MM- Strong experience delivering SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programmes- Expertise in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and business process optimisation- Experience managing integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills- Ability to operate effectively in complex, multi-vendor project environments- Fluency in English and Spanish is essential
