See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:Position OverviewAs part of the talented Navico Group Supply Chain Planning team, you will be supporting the demand planning and the parameter setting functions for the marine and industrial business for the division.

At Brunswick, we have passion for our work and a distinct ability to deliver.Essential FunctionsDevelops demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of the demand planning function, documents and retains history of planning assumptionsReviews historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepares forecast data, develops statistical forecast models and evaluates forecast resultsPartners cross-functionally with Category Management and Commercial teams to reconcile significant variances and revise assumptions in Monthly Planning Cycle Update and maintain planning parameters to drive supply chain executionDevelop and execute action plans to achieve critical balance between Inventory & Customer ServiceTrack performance and provide analysis of vigente versus ForecastProvides input regarding inventory strategies to the Supply Planning OrganizationPerforms ad hoc reporting and analysis as requiredDevelops metrics to monitor forecast errors at all levels of the process and ensures root-cause analysis and corrective actions are completedFacilitates a monthly operational demand forecast planning process for multiple business unitsUnderstands how environmental factors, market dynamics, competitors and internal programs or overrides generate the need to adjust the mathematical forecastPerforms some lead responsibilities which may include training, assigning and/or reviewing work, providing guidance and overseeing workflow of unitRequired Qualifications4 - 6 years' experience working in fast paced supply and/or demand planning/forecast analyst functionsBachelor's Degree in related field, or equivalent education and experienceExcellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated ability to present in front of groups of peopleAbility to work with multiple business functions and find balance in conflicting prioritiesAdvanced analytical and statistical abilities including concepts such as standard deviation, forecast error, bias, safety stock calculations and mean average percent error (MAPE)Knowledge and experience working in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemsStrong Excel and Power BI knowledge requiredFluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or locationPreferred QualificationsOracle experience preferredWorking ConditionsThe employee must be able to perform the below essential functions of the position satisfactorily and, if requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential function of their job, absent undue hardship.Office environment.Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.Working hours will vary to support global organization.Why BrunswickWhatever tomorrow brings, we'll be at the leading edge.
