What people see and hear matters, and our role is to ensure every message is clear, consistent, and aligned with Fever's vision.Join us if you want to shape our global narrative, influence strategic perceptions, and ensure our vision resonates with audiences both inside and outside the company.The RoleAs a PR & Communications Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of the company's external communications strategy.
This includes drafting media materials, coordinating with journalists, supporting special events, and ensuring consistent messaging across channels.
The role requires a combination of strong writing skills, media intuition, and a proactive, autonomous attitude.What You'll DoDraft, edit,
and coordinate approval of press releases, background checkers, media advisories, Q&As;, fact sheets, and related contentMaintain daily contact with journalists: respond to inquiries, proactively pitch stories, and coordinate interviewsAssist in organizing and executing press events, influencer activations, and stakeholder meetingsManage media monitoring, reporting, and internal trackers: coverage clippings, agendas, media lists, and reporting dashboardsMonitor competitor activity and industry trends; provide summaries and insights to the teamEnsure message consistency across paid, earned, shared, and owned mediaLiaise with internal departments (marketing, brand, legal, product) to ensure alignment of messagingAct as a brand guardian in external communication, upholding tone, language, and core valuesWho You Are3-5 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, media relations, or journalismStrong sense of autonomy and ownership of tasks and deadlinesExcellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English and SpanishFamiliarity with media databases, monitoring platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Cision), and CMS/social media toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlinesTeam player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learnNice to have:Previous experience in an agency, a startup, or a media environmentKnowledge of crisis communication protocols or reputation managementExposure to public affairs or stakeholder engagementWhy You'll Love It HereAttractive compensation package Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader40% discount on all Fever events and experiencesPrivate health Insurance20 days off annuallyWellhub membershipEnglish LessonsResponsibility from day one and professional and personal growthGreat work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with!
