We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to guide and manage a technical team, drive solution delivery,



and collaborate closely with business and customer stakeholders.
The idóneo candidate combines strong leadership capabilities with deep technical expertise, particularly in the Telecom domain and Amdocs Billing platforms.
This role requires a balance of people management, hands-on technical knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.
## What will your job look like?
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers in a direct or matrix organizational structure.
Oversee endu****tou****end delivery activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Conduct and participate in business analysis, requirements gathering, functional design, and data analysis.
Engage directly with customers for clarifications, solution presentations, and ongoing collaboration.
Ensure highu****quality technical design and code standards across the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, operations, and customer-facing groups.
Troubleshoot complex production and system issues, driving root-cause identification and resolution.
Prepare and deliver clear and professional presentations or solution walkthroughs to technical and business audiences.

Demonstrated experience managing development teams (direct or matrix reporting).
Ability to guide team members, resolve conflicts,



and drive accountability and performance.
Technical Expertise
Strong background in business analysis, requirement capture, solution design, and data analysis.
In-depth knowledge of the Telecom domain, with advanced understanding of Amdocs Billing platforms (mandatory).
Solid experience with PL/SQL or SQL, and hands-on work with Oracle and/or MS SQL databases.
Practical experience using JavaScript, ETL tools, and familiarity with AI-powered tools or automations.
Analytical u**** Operational Skills
Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience dealing with complex production environments.
Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Communication Skills
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to explain complex technical topics in clear, business-friendly language.
Nice-to-Have (Optional)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Knowledge of microservices architecture or modern DevOps practices.
Exposure to additional Amdocs domains (Ordering, CRM, Catalogue, etc.).
