We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Business AnalystDeliverablesManage, update, and maintain weekly status reports and tracking trackers across assigned workstreams, ensuring accuracy and required level of detail as directed by JCISupport the development and maintenance of the Application Data Book — including data gathering, validation, and formatting in coordination with app and service ownersTrack and manage action items, decisions, and open issues logs across relevant workstreams; follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely closureConduct research on applications, infrastructure assets, and vendor contracts to support TSA identification and disposition activitiesCoordinate scheduling of meetings and workshops; prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and distribute follow-upsMaintain SharePoint libraries,



project documentation, and file structures in line with M&A; program standardsSupport preparation of project-level reporting and executive summaries for the IT Deal Lead and Tower LeadsAssist with onboarding documentation, SOW tracking, and vendor coordination as required by the programRequirementsFluent in Spanish (written and spoken) required; English proficiency also required2-4 years of experience in a project coordination, business analyst, or IT analyst roleHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in executing structured tasks and managing multiple concurrent deliverablesExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams required; proficiency in Excel for data tracking and reportingFamiliarity with IT landscapes (applications, infrastructure, or both) preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills — able to produce clear documentation and facilitate follow-up with stakeholdersExperience supporting M&A; or large-scale IT programs is a plus but not requiredSelf-starter who takes ownership of assigned tasks and delivers with minimal supervisionAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines#J-*****-Ljbffr
