We are seeking experienced professionals in lighting, cinematography, visual effects, and digital content creation to contribute their expertise toward evaluating and improving AI models capable of understanding and relighting visual scenes.This role is adecuado for individuals with deep knowledge of lighting design, image aesthetics, color science, and visual storytelling who can help establish high-quality standards for AI-generated imagery and scene illumination.This is a part-time position with the opportunity to collaborate closely with world-class AI researchers and engineers developing next-generation visual AI systems.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesEstablish Evaluation StandardsDefine criteria for assessing scene lighting quality, including physical realism, visual consistency, artistic intent, and emotional impact.Identify gaps in existing evaluation methodologies and recommend improvements.Curate Benchmark ContentSelect and analyze examples that demonstrate both straightforward and highly complex lighting scenarios.Help create meaningful benchmarks for evaluating AI-generated lighting and relighting outputs.Identify Critical Evaluation FactorsDetermine the most important visual attributes that influence perceived lighting quality and realism.Provide expert guidance on prioritizing evaluation dimensions.Shape Human Evaluation ProcessesHelp define reviewer qualifications, evaluation rubrics, and assessment frameworks.Ensure evaluation standards align with professional industry expectations.Collaborate with Research TeamsWork closely with AI researchers and domain experts to improve model evaluation approaches.Translate visual and artistic concepts into clear,
