Role Summary:Independently delivers HRIS module configurations, manages client interactions, and contributes to project delivery with growing functional expertise.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering & Design: Liaise with client SMEs to gather business requirements and document functional specs.
Advise clients on system design options and HRIS best practices.Configuration & Data Migration: Configure and test modules to meet client requirements.
Perform or support data migration activities as required.Client Engagement: Conduct end-to-end demos and UAT walkthroughs for client review.
Collect and process feedback to drive system changes.Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training on different modules.
Prepare BRDs, training materials, and all project documentation.Post-Go-Live Support: Resolve post-implementation issues within agreed SLAs.
Implement minor enhancements based on client feedback.Functional Competency:Requirement Gathering:

Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.2–4 years of HRIS Implementation / Support / End User experience.Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT.Strong communication, problem-solving, and self-management skills.Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).
