Senior leadership experience in finance, controlling, commercial management, or general management within an industrial environment Proven experience managing P&L; responsibilities and financial performance Strong knowledge of: Financial reporting Budgeting and forecasting Controlling Cash flow and liquidity management Internal controls and governance Experience leading teams and developing organizational structures Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Experience in transformation, growth,
