We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join a mission-critical project with a leading manufacturing company in Austin, Texas.Important Considerations:Relocation to the United States, Austin, Texas is required, TN Visa sponsorship providedThis opportunity is open to candidates based in Mexico with a valid Mexican passport and an active visa (tourist or otherwise)Bachelor's degree and professional license (cédula profesional)What you bring5+ years of professional experience in backend or server-side development.Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on experience with GoProven track record delivering large-scale projects in Go, Java, C++, Rust, or similar languages.Very strong understanding of backend fundamentals including SQL databases, networking, and securityComfortable with frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and at least one modern framework such as React, Angular, or Svelte.Proficiency in rigorous software development practices including version control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and loggingExcellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to productionAdvanced English.Nice to haveExperience in manufacturing, industrial tech,
