JOB DESCRIPTION Growth Protocol is hiring a Growth Delivery Director to lead the deployment of our neuro-symbolic reasoning platform across enterprise client engagements.
You will own the full client relationship from onboarding through expansion — translating complex business challenges into structured, high-impact workflows and ensuring clients realize measurable value from the platform.This is a strategic and hands-on role.
You will work directly with C-suite and senior stakeholders on problems like "Which high-growth category should we enter next?
" or "How will tariff shifts impact our core portfolio?
" — then partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and AI/ML teams to design and deploy the reasoning workflows that answer them.Adecuado candidates bring a consulting or enterprise solution delivery background, hands-on experience deploying AI/ML applications, and a track record of managing executive relationships through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements.
