Our focus is on delivering consistent results for repeat clients and national brands through strong subcontractor partnerships, detailed estimating, and efficient project execution.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our general contracting team in a full-time remote capacity.
In this role, you will be embedded within our organization, working closely with project management and pre-construction teams to support national bidding and estimation efforts across the United States.You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting end-to-end bid preparation for commercial construction projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform detailed quantity takeoffs and material analysis from construction drawings and specificationsPrepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial bid submissionsReview, analyze,



and prequalify subcontractor bids to ensure full trade coverage and pricing competitivenessCoordinate with subcontractors and sub-trade partners to obtain complete and up-to-date pricingSupport the full bid preparation and submission processCollaborate with project managers during contract review and post-award project setupManage RFIs (Requests for Information) and submittals during the preconstruction phaseUse PlanHub and other estimating platforms to manage bidding workflows and subcontractor outreachAssist project management teams across the project lifecycle as neededRequired Qualifications2–3+ years of experience in construction estimating (versátil based on overall background)Experience in general contracting or multi-trade commercial biddingStrong understanding of construction pricing, cost breakdowns, and subcontractor coordinationExperience with national chain construction standards and repeat-project pricing modelsFamiliarity with regional market pricing, especially Florida, Arizona, Las Vegas, and ColoradoExperience supporting or collaborating with project management functionsProficiency in PlanHub and/or PlanSwift estimating softwareExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentPreferred AttributesStrong analytical and attention-to-detail skillsAbility to manage multiple bids simultaneously under deadlinesExperience working with U.S.-based general contractorsStrong organizational and time management skillsProactive communication and ability to coordinate across distributed teamsWork EnvironmentFully remote role (LATAM-based)Direct collaboration with U.S.-based estimating and project management teamsFast-paced construction bidding environment with recurring national projects
