Our client is a world class Tier 2 automotive manufacturer that is expanding their operations in Mexico and now is hiring a Senior Buyer that will be a key member of the sourcing team.
The successful candidate must has:Requirements15 years overall experience in purchasing roles with major general manufacturers.
5 years as a Senior Buyer with a high volume high mix manufacturing operation.
Professional degree.
Proven experience in sourcing and supplier development.Cost reduction programs by working with interdisciplinary teams.A CPM certification or related certifications are preferred.Working understanding of ISO**** / IATF***** / ISO***** / VDA6.3Knowledge of purchasing, accounting and inventory (ERP) software.Fully Bilingual English and Spanish.
