Description We are seeking a highly analytical and technically strong Senior Financial Analytics Analyst to support acquisition underwriting, operational forecasting, and executive decision-making across a growing senior living platform.This role sits at the intersection of FP&A;, advanced analytics, and data-driven strategy.
You'll build acquisition and operational models, develop predictive forecasts, automate reporting workflows, and partner with leadership to drive visibility into occupancy, labor, revenue, and margin performance.This is an adecuado opportunity for someone who enjoys combining finance, analytics, and problem-solving to influence high-impact business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild acquisition pro formas and underwriting models for senior living communitiesDevelop scenario, sensitivity, and forecasting models across occupancy, labor, RevPOR, acuity mix, and operating performanceCreate dynamic budgets and rolling forecasts using operational and financial driversAnalyze portfolio and community-level performance, identifying trends and root causesDesign executive dashboards and KPI reporting for operational and financial leadershipApply advanced analytics and predictive forecasting techniques to improve planning accuracyAutomate reporting and forecasting workflows using SQL, Python, Excel, and BI toolsPartner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams on strategic initiatives and acquisitionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,
