Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires:

Service Now Developer

- JHands-on experience with the Service Now SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).

- Proficiency in Service Now Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side Java Script modules and third-party libraries.

- Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.

- Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications

- Good understanding of core platform features, flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in Service Now

- Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in Service Now

- Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications

- Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, Java Script and any web-based development tools

- Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration

- Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s

- A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management

- Good knowledge and experience on debugging, troubleshooting mechanisms in Service Now

- Demonstrated success at delivery of assignments with tight deadline.

- Ability to work independently,

- Strong problem analysis skills to include the use of mathematical concepts to validate results

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, disseminate, and present significant amounts of information with an attention to detail

- Clear and concise communication with superior written and verbal communication skills.

- Manage and prioritize work effectively with minimal supervision

- Must have good verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate the technical and functional aspects of the problem to senior stakeholders.

- Coordinate and solve complex technical data and transformation issues.

- Obtain and analyze/interpret business requirements to purpose sustainable solutions in Service Now.

- Answer “how to” technical and application configuration questions.

- Develop, maintain, and execute reports to ensure system operation meets performance targets.

- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
