We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Manager to own the governance, execution, and optimization of our marketing operations ecosystem.
This role will be responsible for managing and advancing our marketing technology stack, with a primary focus on HubSpot execution, process governance, and Salesforce integration , while providing secondary support and guidance on WordPress .
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in building scalable processes, ensuring data integrity, and operationalizing marketing strategies.
What You'll Be Doing: Own and evolve marketing operations governance, including campaign structure, lifecycle stages, data standards, and process compliance across all brands.




Establish scalable frameworks for campaign execution, lead management, and reporting consistency.
Act as the central authority for marketing operations best practices, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.
Serve as the primary platform owner for HubSpot, including hands-on configuration and execution of workflows, automation, and backend processes.
Build, manage, and optimize lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, segmentation, and lifecycle automation .
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, including lead routing, attribution, and pipeline visibility.
Troubleshoot and continuously improve system performance, automation logic, and data synchronization.
Knowledge of attribution modeling.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks across HubSpot and Salesforce.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all systems.
Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel health, and ROI.
