About the Role We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media managing multiple brands or accounts at once is a strong plus Highly organized, with the ability to juggle many moving pieces at once, this role touches roughly 20 accounts across different apps and brand voices Detail-oriented, with an eye for brand consistency and comfort doing QA/audit-style work reviewing content delivered by external partners Basic understanding of affiliate marketing and performance metrics (ROI, CPA),



or strong interest in learning Comfortable working with data to track content and campaign performance Strong writing instincts for short-form, high-impact content Ability to move quickly and react in real time to trends and live moments Self-starter who brings ideas, not just execution Advanced English (C1 or higher), able to hold daily business conversations; this role communicates regularly with integral brand and partner stakeholders This is an onsite, independent contractor role based in our Monterrey, Nuevo León office Nice to Have Experience managing or growing social media accounts Background in content creation, meme pages, or digital communities Comfortable creating or appearing in content Basic design or editing skills Strong interest in sports, betting, or casino culture
