We're looking for a Finance Manager in Mexico to lead the finance function across two premium businesses:
Abercrombie & Kent Mexico DMC — luxury travel & bespoke experiences
Club de Patos — boutique hospitality
We're looking for someone who can:
Own the full finance function across two businesses
Lead budgeting, forecasting & FP&A;
Drive cash flow, treasury & working capital
Strengthen controls, reporting & governance
Partner with GMs on profitability and business decisions
Identify risks before they become problems
Build processes and systems that can scale
Lead and develop a finance team
The profile we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accountant), duly graduated and licensed, Postgraduate degree in Finance is highly preferred
8-10 years of progressive finance experience
5+ years in Finance Manager / Financial Controller / senior finance leadership
Strong IFRS + Mexican/local GAAP knowledge
FP&A;, budgeting & forecasting experience
Treasury, taxation,
audit & internal controls
Strong Excel + ERP experience
Excellent financial analysis & modeling
Fluent English + Spanish
Commercial mindset and strong executive communication
Available to travel
