Lead all Carrier Excellence Transformation projects in the Americas
Identify performance gaps across operations and define high-impact transformation initiatives
Lead end-to-end execution of strategic projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency, and productivity improvement
Build and present business cases with clear financial impact, including cost savings and operational improvements
Manage cross-functional teams across supply chain, manufacturing, and business functions
Engage with senior leadership, including Directors and VPs, to align priorities and report progress
Drive implementation of Carrier Excellence methodologies, including Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma
Coach and develop teams to sustain transformation and a continuous improvement culture
Requirements
Masters degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
8–12+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, or transformation roles
Proven experience leading large-scale, high-impact transformation or efficiency programs
Strong project management skills with end-to-end ownership of initiatives
Experience working with senior stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level)
Advanced English (professional working proficiency)
Willingness to travel (~40%) and ability to obtain a visa if required




Experience in top-tier consulting firms or leading industrial companies (nice to have)
Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (nice to have)
Experience driving transformation in manufacturing or supply chain environments (nice to have)
Advanced degree (MBA or related field) (nice to have)
