We're looking for a
Senior Creative Designer – Presentation & Integrated
to join a growing global in-house Creative Hub.
Presentation design and visual storytelling will be your headline craft.
You'll take complex, content-heavy information and turn it into presentations that are clear, engaging, visually impactful, and genuinely easy to understand.
This isn't a role for someone who simply takes an existing PowerPoint and makes it prettier.
We need a designer who understands
narrative structure, pacing, information hierarchy, typography, and data visualization
— and knows when a presentation needs to be
rethought, not just restyled
.
Presentations will make up the majority of your work, but this is still an
integrated design role
, so you'll also work across social assets, fact sheets, banners, email templates, one-pagers, and other digital and marketing creative.
There is
no formal people management
. This is a senior, hands-on craft role where you'll own high-visibility work and share your expertise with other designers.
What You'll Do:
Design complex, high-visibility
presentations and pitch decks
from concept through final delivery
Turn dense or complex information into clear and compelling
visual stories
Shape
narrative structure and flow
, not just individual slide layouts
Apply strong judgement across




pacing, typography, layout, hierarchy, and visual clarity
Create engaging
data visualizations, charts, diagrams, and information-led design
Recognize when a presentation needs restructuring rather than simply a visual refresh
Work across broader integrated creative including
social assets, fact sheets, banners, email templates, and one-pagers
Support and share craft knowledge with other designers without formal management responsibility
Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, and the wider global creative team
Manage multiple presentations and design projects simultaneously, often with quick turnarounds
Use
AI-supported creative tools
to improve production, versioning, and workflows
What We're Looking For:
Your portfolio should demonstrate
exceptional presentation design and storytelling first
, alongside broader integrated design experience.
You'll ideally bring:
Advanced
PowerPoint and presentation design
skills
A portfolio showing complex, senior-level
presentation storytelling
Strong understanding of
narrative, pacing, information hierarchy, and visual storytelling
Excellent
data visualization
skills
Advanced typography, layout, composition, and information design
The ability to take complex or technical information and make it
simple, clear,



and visually engaging
Broader integrated design experience across
digital, social, marketing collateral, one-pagers, fact sheets, and campaigns
Strong
Adobe Creative Suite
skills, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Confidence explaining
why
a design or narrative isn't working and how to improve it
Experience in a fast-paced
agency, creative studio, or in-house creative environment
Experience working with
B2B or corporate brands
Experience with or interest in
AI-supported creative and production tools
Strong professional English for collaborating with global stakeholders
