Descripción de la empresaDescripción del empleoAs an E-Commerce Lead, your main focus will be to optimize internal search, manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals, analysis and execution. This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of the Mexico Support Office.A Day in the Life Working at H&M; means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:- Product exposure analysis and execution • Publish content on .com and app according to QCP and in alignment with Marketing calendar- Manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals and discount activities, according to QCP and ad-hoc adjustments to secure optimal performance- Optimize internal search (e.g., add synonyms)- Collaboration- Commercial Managers manages commercial plan per customer group and will give input on campaigns, activations and product strategies (including ranking)- Experience Leads manages overall site plan and will give input on actions to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups RequisitosWho You Are:
