We are looking for a strategic HR Director to lead Human Resources across Mexico for a regional executive team.Key Responsibilities- Design and implement HR strategies across recruitment, training, retention, compensation, payroll, labor relations, and organizational development, aligned with integral objectives.- Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and regulations.- Lead workforce and talent planning to meet current and future staffing needs across Mexico.- Manage headcount and personnel expense budgets, balancing labor costs, productivity, and strategic goals across facilities.- Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, strengthening HR philosophy and supporting effective decision making and business sustainability.- Define, monitor, and manage HR KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.- Develop strong relationships with trade unions and lead collective bargaining negotiations at unionized sites.- Promote a collaborative, compliant, and high performance work climate aligned with company values.ProfileEducation- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,
