The Materials Planner is responsible for analyzing the Supply Plan and comparing it with current orders and inventory levels to determine material requirements that need to be requisitioned through Oracle. The position ensures material availability to meet production and customer requirements while maintaining an appropriate balance between supply and demand. The role is also responsible for optimizing inventory levels, preventing material shortages or excess inventory, and maintaining accurate planning and inventory information within the relevant systems.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

Material Planning & Requirements

- Analyze the Supply Plan and determine material requirements.
- Analyze material consumption and current inventory levels..

MRP, Kanban & Inventory Management

- Maintain Kanban Loops using the standard deviation formula.
- Manage MRP / Kanban / DSY planning categories.

Orders & Material Follow-Up

- Create ISO / Internal Orders and monitor their delivery.




- Follow up on materials received that are on hold/quarantine.
- Monitor material availability and flow to prevent shortages.

Engineering Changes & New Products

- Manage Phase In / Phase Down / Phase Out processes resulting from engineering changes.
- Support Product Introductions, Product Transfers, and ECOs.
- Adjust material planning according to product or engineering changes.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

- Bachelor Degree
- Advanced English skills
- Intermediate- advanced Excel skills

- Experience processing data (Pivot Tables, vlookups)
