Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide hands-on financial and operational leadership for an approximately $100 million manufacturing business located in Guadalajara.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the company's Accounting and Finance organization .
- Directly manage and develop a team of approximately 25 Accounting and Finance professionals , including approximately six Controllers.
- Establish greater consistency, accountability, and coordination across the Controller organization.
- Oversee the monthly close, financial reporting,
budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes.
- Provide strong financial oversight within a manufacturing environment , including inventory, costing, margins, working capital, and operational performance.
- Leverage JD Edwards (JDE) and existing financial systems to support effective reporting, controls, and financial management.
- Identify immediate financial and organizational priorities and develop an actionable plan for the six-month engagement.
- Help create a more scalable and sustainable Finance organization
Adecuado Background
- Experience as a CFO or senior interim finance executive .
- Manufacturing environment .
- Ability to lead and align multiple Controllers and decentralized Accounting/Finance teams .
- Bilingual English/Spanish
