About the Role

We're seeking a Finance Business Partner Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing operation, partnering closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams. This role combines financial planning, cost management, performance analysis, and business partnering to help drive operational excellence and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting processes.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts.
- Analyze financial results, identify variances, and provide actionable business insights.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to improve cost performance and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory, capital investments, and operational KPIs.
- Support month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial controls.




- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and finance transformation projects.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support business performance and strategic objectives.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A;, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong Excel and financial analysis skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
- Analytical mindset, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills.
