We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This role will work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to enhance financial operations, improve reporting, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional Oracle ERP solutions.
- Support accounting reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Provide expertise in EPM (Enterprise Performance Management), particularly Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC), to streamline financial reporting.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion ERP and other financial systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues,



implementing best practices for financial system workflows.
- Assist in financial data migration, reporting, and system enhancements as required.
- Conduct training and provide documentation to finance and accounting users.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Financials or Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Strong expertise in General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC).
- Experience with EPM tools for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Background in accounting reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Oracle ERP system configurations, data migration, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
