This is a hands-on role adecuado for a mid-career professional with strong experience in HRIS, Reporting and Data Auditing.In this role, you'll partner with HR, Payroll, Time tracking and Vessel Operations teams to support their day-to-day processes in Workday HCM and MAPS (a ship operations application), while ensuring accuracy, scalability, and seamless user experience.ResponsibilitiesSupport Workday HCM and MAPS business processes for Vessel OperationsProvide production support, troubleshooting issues, and ensure data accuracy across HR and integration process between MAPS and WorkdayHands on experience with SQL query and reportingPartner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutionsSupport testing, data audits, and reporting tied to Workday HCM and MAPSSkillsBachelor's degree in information systems, Human Resources,
