International Recruiter - Brazil Operations

Location: Querétaro, Mexico

Language Requirements: Portuguese (Fluent/Native) and Advanced Intermediate English

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiter to support talent acquisition activities across Brazil. This role is responsible for recruiting a diverse range of technical, engineering and administrative positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the Brazilian labor market, experience recruiting across multiple regions, and fluency in Portuguese.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for technical, professional, and administrative positions throughout Brazil.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Develop sourcing strategies utilizing various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct candidate screenings, competency-based interviews, and talent assessments in remote mode.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Provide market intelligence and recruiting insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report recruitment metrics and hiring progress.





Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent Portuguese (Required).
- Advanced Intermediate English (Required).
- Experience filling both technical and administrative positions.
- Proven knowledge of key Brazilian regions and talent markets, including São Paulo (SP), Vinhedo, Campinas, Campo Largo, and surrounding areas.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Must be located or willing to relocate to Querétaro, Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in multinational organizations or Shared Service Centers.
- Data-driven approach to talent acquisition and recruitment strategy.
