Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented to join our pre-construction team. In this role, you will analyze architectural and structural blueprints to generate precise material takeoffs and competitive cost estimates for both light-gauge/structural steel framing and wood framing packages. Your calculations and strategic bids will directly drive our project profitability and operational success.Job RequirementsTechnical Knowledge & Skills Required:Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficientStrong and verifiable engineering/architectural background and experience2+ years of construction estimating experience, with specific hands-on knowledge of wood and steel framing systems.Knowledge in Software tools: such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, Countfire, etc.Ability to perform drafting, layout work, and straightforward calculations, take-offs, budgets relative to all construction detailsPrepare drawings from supplied plans and sketchesPerform component-based material take-offs from prepared shop drawingsSoft Skills RequiredProfessionalism: Professional attitude and ethical behaviorCommunication:
