What will you do?
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and early career positions.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Track and follow up with candidates throughout each stage of the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and candidate records.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Support university events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.

What qualifications will make you successful:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, graduating in August 2027 or later.




- Availability to work part-time during morning hours.
- Strong interest in developing a career in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Basic to intermediate English proficiency is preferred.
- Previous academic or practical experience in interviewing, customer service, or administrative activities is a PLUS.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
