**About this opportunity**:
Join our committed team at Ericsson as a Service Support Specialist. The scope of this area is to answer the current North America 800 EHS line and acting as the first line of response — capturing, logging, and routing both EHS and security incidents.
Ticketing & Escalation
- Collect information from callers
- Implement the ticketing process
- Refer cases to the appropriate EHS Prime for further follow-through when needed
- Security Incident Reporting
- Execute Security Incident Reporting as part of the scope
**- What you will do**:
- Monitors, summarizes information and data to support EHS progress and performance
- Prepares information used for decision making within EHS area.
- Provides EHS related advice and support to stakeholders
- Provides information about available documents for key stakeholders
- Supports implementation of internal and external EHS campaigns and promotions
- Exchanges information with others in straightforward situation




- Contributes to EHS strategy execution by working according to established governance, processes, and tools
