**- Responsibilities**:
- Investigate disputes reported verbally by operations teams and those submitted in writing by consumers.
- Work with Operations, Client Services, and other departments to gather and verify documents, ensuring all account information is correct.
- Draft and send official replies to the appropriate parties within required time limits to stay compliant with regulations.
- Review disputes that come from Consumer Reporting Agencies (CRAs) in detail.
- Submit responses using the eOscar system while meeting all strict deadlines.
- Process and review notification reports received from Consumer Reporting Agencies.
- Immediately report any errors or unusual findings to the Lead Compliance Analyst or management.
- Keep all account details and sensitive information strictly confidential throughout the investigation

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time well in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with common office tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in the collections field or a general office role.
