S. GAAP, full-cycle accounting, and financial reporting , along with the ability to thrive in adynamic, service-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManagegeneral ledger activities , including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
Supportmonth-end and year-end close processes , ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare and analyzefinancial statementsin compliance withU.
S. GAAP.
Performbalance sheet reconciliationsand investigate variances.
Assist withbudgeting and forecasting processes , providing financial insights to stakeholders.
Maintain and improveinternal controls and accounting procedures.
Supportaudit processes , including preparation of schedules and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such asAccounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Finance.
Handlemulti-entity or multi-location accounting environments(preferred).
Identify opportunities forprocess improvements and automation.
Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field.
4+ years of accounting experience , preferably in a senior or advanced role.
Strong knowledge ofU.
S. GAAPand accrual accounting.
Experience withmonth-end close and financial reporting.
AdvancedExcel skills(pivot tables, lookups,



data analysis).
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Advanced English (professional working proficiency).
PreferredExperience innonprofit, healthcare, or senior living industries.
Exposure tomulti-entity or consolidated financial environments.
Experience withERP systems(e.g., Yardi, Net Suite, or similar).
Experience supportingauditsor working with external auditors.Soft SkillsStrong sense ofownership and accountability
