Preferred Candidate Location:Philippines or Latin AmericaAbout Our ClientClient is looking for a reliable and proactive Healthcare Virtual Assistant to support a growing healthcare practice with patient communication, CRM management, and appointment coordination.
This role is adecuado for someone who is comfortable making outbound calls, skilled with CRM tools (especially Go High Level), and confident communicating with patients and leads.
The VA will help ensure that leads are followed up with, patients show up to their appointments, and the CRM system runs efficiently with proper automation and tracking.Core ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls (Top Priority)
Make follow-up calls to leads and existing patients
Reach out to patients regarding upcoming appointments
Maintain consistent communication to increase patient engagementCRM Management (Go High Level)
Manage patient and lead data inside Go High Level (GHL)
Set up and manage CRM automations
Track leads and appointments inside the system
Ensure follow-up sequences are properly maintainedLead Follow-Up & Appointment Reminders
Send messages to leads and patients
