Job Responsibilities Lead, manage, coordinate and drive NPI/PE projects.
Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives.
Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs.
Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‐project deliverables.
Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues.
Maintain product‐engineering‐related system documents and oversee daily department operations.
Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred.
Open to candidates of all nationalities.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors.
Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‐management track record.
Prior working experience interfacing with Customer A is preferred.
