Key Requirements: ✔ Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role✔ Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes✔ Experience with assembly operations and manufacturing cost structures✔ SAP proficiency (costing, BOMs, routings, etc.)✔ Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities✔ Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred✔ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldWhat you'll do:
- Develop and validate product cost estimates
- Analyze material, labor, tooling, and manufacturing costs
- Support quotations for new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams
- Drive cost optimization initiatives
