About this Position
Serve as the regional Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical authority for electronic security technologies across LATAM, including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and related platforms.
Own the LATAM Security Technology Roadmap, aligning technology strategies with business and Integral Security objectives.
What you ́ll do
Establish and govern regional standards, technical requirements, and best practices, driving standardization across all LATAM sites.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Security, Facilities, IT, and site stakeholders.
Security Technology Expansion & ProjectsLead regional security technology initiatives, including new site deployments, expansions, upgrades, migrations, and modernization projects.
Ensure security technology solutions are effectively planned, implemented, and integrated with enterprise applications and IT infrastructure.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies that improve security, operational efficiency, and user experience.
Vendor & Performance ManagementManage relationships with vendors, manufacturers, monitoring providers, and system integrators across LATAM.
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, Electronics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience managing enterprise electronic security systems in multi-site,
multinational environments.
Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Alarm Monitoring, Visitor Management, and Video Management Systems (VMS).
Experience with platforms such as Genetec, Lenel, Milestone, Avigilon, Gallagher, Honeywell, or equivalent solutions.
Experience leading security technology projects, vendors, service providers, and system integrators.
Strong analytical skills, including KPI development, reporting, dashboard creation, and performance management.
