Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates seeks an ICB Lead to own end-to-end intercompany accounting and close processes across the organization, partnering with Tax, Statutory, OE controllers and integral teams.
You will drive automation, governance, and standardization, oversee third-party provider work, and deliver accurate financial statements and KPIs.
The role requires strong SAP experience (Atlas, Trinity, S/4HANA) and Oracle exposure, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.
