you take the discovery call, host the showroom visit, build the investment case, take the reservation, travel with the buyer to see the property, and close.
In the projects where the price point calls for a small team instead of a single advisor, you recruit, train and coach that team — and you earn on what they close, too.
This is a player-coach role.
Roughly 70% of your time is your own pipeline; 30% is making other people sell.
-.
Every project you sell runs a funded marketing operation behind it — paid media, landing pages, a qualification layer that responds to inquiries in minutes and hands you the ones worth your time.
Your day starts with conversations, not with a list to call.

RevoRE is a data company that sells real estate: our team comes from Mira, Houm, Apple, Cencosud and BCG, and our pricing runs on observed conversion by price point, absorption and portfolio NPV.
You sit in the monthly pricing committee.
What you hear in the showroom — objections, comparisons, what buyers walk away from — changes next month's price list and next month's media budget.
, .
Instead of one building and one price list, you carry a portfolio across several destinations.
When a buyer doesn't fall in love with one property, you have five more that fit the same budget — and our reservation is portable across the portfolio.
.
As the showroom and the portfolio grow, this role grows with it.
• Take qualified leads through discovery, showroom presentation, reservation, site visit and closing, all the way to escrituración.
• Build the investment case for each unit: rental yield, price per m2, comparables, appreciation outlook and total cost of ownership.
Most of our buyers are investors; many are foreign.
• Host closing trips to the Riviera Maya,
Baja California Sur and Yucatán — you travel with the buyer, or you coordinate the local host who receives them.
• Keep every interaction in the CRM: source, stage, next step, date.
Our pricing decisions depend on your data being clean.
• In projects with lower price points, build and coach a small advisory team (typically 2–4 advisors): recruiting, onboarding, scripts, objection handling, weekly pipeline reviews and targets.
• Coordinate with external brokers where the project uses them, without letting them compete against your own pipeline.
• Set and enforce response-time standards across the team.
In this business, speed to lead is a pricing lever.
• Bring field intelligence to the monthly pricing committee: what buyers compare us against, where the price resistance starts, which units move and which stall.
• Track and report your funnel: response time, contact rate, appointments set, showroom visit → reservation, reservation → contract, contract → deed.
• 5+ years selling high-ticket residential real estate, with a track record you can walk us through: tickets closed, average price, cycle length.
• Fluent English — a large share of our buyers are American and Canadian.
You will present, negotiate and write contracts-adjacent communication in English every week.
• Comfort with investment language: yield, cap rate, ROI, absorption.
You should be able to defend a price with numbers, not adjectives.
• CRM discipline.
If you have always sold from your phone's contact list, this will be a difficult adjustment.
• Availability to travel roughly 2–4 days per month to project sites.
• Based in Mexico City, able to work from the showroom.
• Experience at a luxury real estate brand (Sotheby's, Christie's, Engel
