# Define and assess team KPIs and performance objectives.
# Review and approve optimization proposals for various system programs.
# Supervise and push forward NPI and related special‐project deliverables.
# Provide support and technical guidance for complex technical issues.
# Maintain product‐engineering‐related system documents and oversee daily department operations.
# Proficient in Chinese; Spanish and English are preferred.

Job Requirements # Bachelor's degree or above, major in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
CET‐4 is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in NPI / Product & Process Engineering.
# Solid fundamentals in electronics, proficient in common office software, capable of preparing PPT presentations.
# Proven management experience and team‐leadership capabilities.
# High stress tolerance; able to complete assignments assigned by supervisors.




# Meticulous thinking and strong insight; extensive team‐management track record.
# Prior working experience interfacing with Customer A is preferred.
