As a Continuous Improvement Engineer (CIE) in Order Engineering, you will be part of the core team driving our NAM transformation.
The CIE collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and optimize business processes, driving efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and cost savings.
This role also serves as a key team member, supporting issue resolution, and front-facing engagements while ensuring collaboration with cross .
fucntional team.
In addition, the CIE supports team strategy, Value engineering Black Belt certification or formal Black Belt training strongly preferred * Demonstrated experience leading continuous improvement, Lean, or operational excellence initiatives * Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple improvement projects end-to-end * Proven ability to act as a change catalyst, driving adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working * Experience influencing stakeholders across functions and levels, including senior leadership * Transformational leadership mindset with a track record of building a culture of continuous improvement * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making capabilities * Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills Let us learn about you!
