ANCE is looking for its next LEGAL COUNSEL
What would your day-to-day responsibilities entail?
Provide legal, compliance, and investigative support throughout the LATAM region, in collaboration with the Legal and Risk Management team, on legal, risk, and compliance matters for the assigned regions.
Regional coverage and increasing responsibility for investigations, driven by the shift in client sourcing from Asia to LATAM and the United States.
Contract review and negotiation
Corporate governance
Claims and disputes
Labor and employment matters
Insurance-related matters
Activities related to the compliance initiative
Policy implementation
You just need...
Education: A law degree is required; a university degree is essential.
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in similar roles
Ability to manage complexity across multiple jurisdictions
Business-oriented and pragmatic approach
Support in compliance risk management functions
Experience in a multinational or matrix environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
(Portuguese desirable, given our presence in Brazil)
Willingness to travel
100% office work
