As a Performance Analytics & GenAI Manager, you will turn data and generative AI into real business impact, bridging strategy and execution to improve decision-making, accelerate adoption, and boost productivity across teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead implementation of local AI and generative AI roadmap, from requirements to adoption and scalingTranslate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions with reusable components and standardized approachesPartner with business and technical teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use casesCoordinate training and enablement activities to drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across stakeholdersTrack use case performance and measure business impact, including efficiency gains and improved decision-makingEnsure compliance with data governance, security,



and Responsible AI standards across all initiativesSupport planning, execution, and documentation of analytics and generative AI initiatives at local levelEssential RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related fieldProven experience delivering analytics, machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence solutions in business environmentsExperience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoringStrong understanding of artificial intelligence governance, including model documentation and responsible use principlesExperience automating processes using data and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and productivityAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholdersDesirable RequirementsExperience with digital transformation or business process improvement initiativesKnowledge of generative artificial intelligence tools, prompt design, or model operations#J-*****-Ljbffr
