This role requires close partnership with HP procurement, supply chain and suppliers to implemented programs to identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks in HP's supply chain.
The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure their alignment with compliance objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesProgram manage the implementation of environmental due diligence and reporting aligned to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and CSDDD/CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) requirementsPartner closely with Procurement and suppliers to design and implement programs that identify, assess, mitigate, and prevent environmental risks across HP's supply chainDrive supplier engagement to ensure alignment with HP's environmental standards, regulatory expectations, and due diligence processesSupport integration of due diligence outcomes into broader sustainability reporting and compliance frameworksCollaborate cross-functionally (e.G., Sustainability, Legal, Procurement, Compliance) to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal objectivesMonitor evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement of processes, tools, and reporting mechanismsEducation & ExperienceRecommended Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sustainability, Supply Chain ESG, Engineering, Human Rights,



or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
