Quality & CalibrationPromote a strong Quality Culture and Zero-Defect mindset, ensuring employee competency before transitioning to production.Provide quality support to manufacturing operations and coordinate inspection, testing, and product release activities.Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.Coordinate the calibration program, ensuring measurement equipment remains within specifications and required calibration intervals.Maintain calibration records, equipment traceability, inventory, and coordinate external calibration services.Support calibration audits, deviations, improvement projects, and disposition of obsolete equipment.Training & CertificationCoordinate new hire, certification, and recertification training activities in collaboration with HR and Operations.Administer certification processes,



ensuring competency assessments are completed and employee qualifications remain current.Develop and continuously improve technical and operational training programs with cross-functional teams.Conduct assessments to verify employee knowledge, competency, and readiness to perform assigned tasks.Monitor training effectiveness and implement improvement actions.Ensure accurate training, certification, and competency records in compliance with company and quality requirements.Education/CertificationsBachelor's degree in industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineer or a related Engineering discipline.Any certification related to Training process is a must.Equipment calibration programs and tools usage knowledge is required.Any calibration/tooling's or equivalent certificates are a plus#J-*****-Ljbffr
