Key Requirements: ✔ Experience as Cost Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or similar role- Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding processes- Experience with assembly operations and manufacturing cost structures- SAP proficiency (costing, BOMs, routings, etc.)- Ability to analyze product and process costs, identify savings opportunities, and support quoting activities- Experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment preferred- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fieldWhat you'll do:
- Develop and validate product cost estimates- Analyze material, labor, tooling, and manufacturing costs- Support quotations for new business opportunities- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Purchasing, and Finance teams- Drive cost optimization initiatives
