Lilly in Mexico seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive the Cardiometabolic Health Sales Force and deliver the Business Plan objectives across the CMH portfolio, while building a high performing, high integrity team of DSMs and guiding change across a national sales structure of 80+ people.
This role requires business English, extensive sales leadership experience, and a strong ability to work cross-functionally in a complex, multicultural market.
An MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.
