International manufacturing company is looking for a Plant Human Resources Manager with solid experience directly supporting industrial operations. This is a hands-on role requiring strong business understanding, execution, cost awareness, productivity focus and process improvement orientation.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead the full Human Resources agenda within the manufacturing plant.
- Manage labor relations, union matters and employee relations.
- Monitor and improve key HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, staffing, productivity, labor efficiency and labor cost.
- Develop actions to improve retention, engagement, discipline and workforce performance.
- Work closely with Plant Management, supervisors and operational leaders.
- Manage employee services such as cafeteria, transportation, medical services, security and other plant-related services.
- Use HR data and KPIs to identify operational issues, define actions and measure results.
- Support Lean Manufacturing, process optimization and cost reduction initiatives from the HR perspective.
- Lead and develop the local HR team.





Requirements:

- Bachelors degree completed.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Strong and recent experience in manufacturing plants.
- Good understanding of plant operations, labor cost, productivity and continuous improvement.
- Solid labor relations and union experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR KPIs and operational metrics.
- Ability to work in a demanding, fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Experience in Asian-owned manufacturing companies is highly valued.
- Workable business English for meetings and communication with international management.
- Stable professional career.
- Availability to work 100% on-site.
