Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls related to auto insurance inquiries and customer support.

Transfer qualified calls to licensed Assured agents.
Help generate sales opportunities through effective lead qualification.
Requirements
1 year of sales experience in a call center environment
Strong English skills B2 level or higher,
Basic computer knowledge, and
Fulltime availability Monday to Friday.
Valid Mexican documents.
