Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
Proven success leading teams and driving change in matrixed, crossfunctional environments.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP experience, preferably SAP.
