An expanding worldwide leader in aerospace manufacturing is looking to establish an engineering design base in Delicias, Chihuahua, beginning operations during January 2027, and they are looking for
Engineering Manager
Required profile
Completed bachelors degree in mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
Previous experience in engineering position in aerospace industry, preferably in management
Understanding of FAA EASA Part 21, Part 25
Understanding and compliance of ISO9001 AS9100 certification.
Must have a valid US Visa
Must have a valid Passport
Availability to relocate to US during a 36month period for training living expenses covered
Living in Delicias or with availability to relocate posttraining
Advanced English writing and speaking
Main responsibilities
Management of all Module Engineering functions of Design Organization
Tracking KPIs of the Module Engineering processes
Development and optimization of new processes
Participation in Hiring and training of engineering personnel
Ensure compliance with ISO9001 AS9100 certification
Assist in development and compliance of departmental budget.
Coordination with General Engineering management
Develop and implement training programs
Assist in risk analysis, management and mitigation
